Why did we choose to make our jewellery urns in Italy?
Italian Goldsmiths use high-quality alloys (like silver or copper) in their 10K yellow gold to increase durability and create pieces that are both beautiful and long-lasting.
Is the chain included with my jewellery?
No. Chains are available for purchase when personalizing your jewellery. Select your perfect length - 18", 20", 22" or 24".
What's the difference between a jewellery box and a Keepsake Box?
Our Keepsake Box is larger than a regular jewellery box. It holds a memorial picture of your loved one and is a safe place to store your jewellery when not being worn.
The picture I uploaded into my locket doesn't look right. Can you fix it?
Yes! We always ensure it is resized to fit your locket and Keepsake Box. We can remove blemishes, backgrounds and fix red eye, etc. Please let us know in the 'Add a Note' Section at checkout.
Will there be extra customs or fees on delivery?
