Is the chain included?
Chains are included with all silver, diamond and stainless items. Gold chains are available at an extra charge. All rings on our chains are welded for greater security.
Can I get a longer chain?
Longer silver chains are available on special request. Sizes are 20” with a 2” extender or 22” with a 2” extender. There is no extra charge for a longer silver chain. Stainless chains are 18" Lady and 20" Men. Custom lengths are available at no extra charge.
Will my silver jewellery tarnish?
All Loved Remembered sterling silver lockets and chains are rhodium plated. DO NOT wear in a shower, tub, pool, hot tub or sauna. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray etc.
What is rhodium plating?
Rhodium is a non-tarnishing, bright, white metal that is electroplated over the silver to protect the surface..
Can I get my locket wet?
Your locket contains two paper photographs. It is not waterproof. Please remove your locket before bathing, showering, exercising or swimming.
Can I use silver cleaner on my locket?
Because our lockets are rhodium plated, silver cleaners or dips can damage that rhodium finish. Do not use silver cleaners of any kind.
Should I crop my photos?
Since photos are inserted into an oval or heart shape, it is easier for us to crop photos to make them fit. If your photo is cropped too tightly, white edges may show when inserted into the locket. Our photo resizing is included in the price of your jewellery and we are happy to do this for you.
Can you make my photo black and white? Remove blemishes? Remove red-eye? Clean up the background?
Yes! We are able to make all these changes to your photo. Please let us know.
Can I put more than one person on one side of the locket?
You can. Remember, the more people, the smaller the faces will be.
Is giftwrapping available?
Yes, giftwrapping is available.
What language can my locket be engraved in?
Currently we offer English, French and Spanish language engraving.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be delivered to you within two weeks of ordering.
My glass dome has broken. How do I purchase a new one?
Please contact the funeral home you purchased your original dome from and they will order you a new one.
