Why did we choose to make our jewellery urns in Italy?
Italian silversmiths use high-quality alloys in their 925 sterling silver, avoiding common irritants like nickel. This makes our Made In Italy jewellery less prone to tarnishing and a safer choice for sensitive skin.
Can I get a longer chain with my jewellery?
Yes! The standard length is 18" with a 2" extender. Longer chains are free - please request the length you need by leaving a message in the 'Add A Note' section at checkout.
What's the difference between a jewellery box and a Keepsake Box?
Our Keepsake Box is larger than a regular jewellery box. It holds a memorial picture of your loved one and is a safe place to store your jewellery when not being worn.
The picture I uploaded into my locket doesn't look right. Can you fix it?
Yes! We always ensure it is resized to fit your locket and Keepsake Box. We can remove blemishes, backgrounds and fix red eye, etc. Please let us know in the 'Add a Note' Section at checkout.
